Yearly Calendar Generator
Free yearly calendar generator. Fit all twelve months on one page, or split the year across two, three or four pages. Print in Letter, A4, Legal or Tabloid.
Calendar options
A yearly calendar puts the whole year in front of you at once, which is what you want when you are mapping holidays, term dates, shift rotations or project milestones. This yearly calendar generator fits all twelve months on a single sheet, or spreads them across two, three or four pages when you need bigger squares to write in.
One page or several
Twelve months on one page is the classic year planner: compact, scannable and ideal for pinning beside a desk. Six months per page doubles the size of every date, which is the sweet spot for a family that actually writes on the calendar. Three or four months per page gives you a quarterly planner that still fits in a binder.
Landscape orientation generally suits twelve-month layouts because it produces a four-by-three arrangement with wider month blocks, while portrait produces a three-by-four arrangement that reads more like a traditional wall planner.

Holidays across the whole year
Switch on a holiday region and the generator marks the relevant public holidays in bold across all twelve mini months. United States, United Kingdom, Canadian and Australian sets are included, and every date is calculated from the underlying rule rather than looked up in a fixed table, so the calendar stays correct for any year you choose.
Moveable feasts are handled properly. Easter is derived with the standard computus algorithm, and holidays defined as the nth weekday of a month, such as Thanksgiving or Memorial Day, shift correctly year to year.
Who uses a year on one page
Teachers use it to map a full academic year of units and assessments. Office managers use it for leave planning, because a single sheet shows instantly when three people have booked the same fortnight. Shift workers use it to plot rotations, and hobbyists use it to track training plans that run for months at a time.
Printed on Tabloid, a twelve-month year planner becomes a genuine wall chart with room to write initials or colour-code blocks of days, without losing the ability to take in the whole year in one glance.
How to print your calendar
- Choose your paper size before downloading. The sheet is drawn at the exact dimensions of Letter, Legal, A4 or Tabloid, following the international paper size standards.
- Download the PDF file format file, or open it in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.
- In the print dialog set scaling to 100% or “Actual size”, never “Fit to page”, so the grid keeps its measured proportions.
- Match the printer’s paper tray to the size you picked. For Tabloid (11 × 17 in), use a printer or copy shop that feeds 11 × 17 stock.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I get all twelve months on one page?
- Yes. Set months per page to twelve and the generator draws the full year on a single sheet. Landscape orientation and Tabloid paper give you the most writing room.
- Which years can I generate?
- Any year you type in, including past years. The date maths is computed rather than looked up, so 2026, 2030 and 1987 are all handled the same way.
