This generator draws the calendar at Tabloid proportions from the start, so line weights, margins and type sizes stay balanced instead of looking like an enlarged Letter page.
Why 11x17 beats an enlarged Letter page
Enlarging a Letter PDF to Tabloid on a copier scales everything uniformly, including the margins and the hairlines, which gives you a calendar with a thick border and clumsy type. Drawing at the target size instead means the date cells get the extra space and the furniture does not.
The layout also adds detail that only makes sense at scale: more writing lines per cell, longer holiday labels that no longer need truncating, and a wider notes column.

Where to print Tabloid
Most home inkjet printers stop at Letter or Legal, but almost every office copier, school reprographics room and high-street print shop handles eleven by seventeen as standard. Upload the PDF, ask for eleven by seventeen, and specify one hundred percent scale rather than fit to page.
If the shop asks about bleed, there is none to worry about: the design keeps a safe margin on all four sides, so nothing important sits near the trim edge.
A3 as the metric equivalent
Outside North America the closest common size is A3, at 297 by 420 millimetres. Because the PDF is vector, printing the Tabloid file to A3 with fit-to-page produces a clean result with slightly different proportions. - Download the PDF file format file, or open it in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.
