Using Free Calendar Generator means accepting the terms below. They are short and deliberately permissive.

What you may do

• Generate and print unlimited calendars, free of charge.
• Use them at home, in a classroom, in an office or in a community group.
• Distribute printed copies to students, colleagues, clients or family.
• Add your own titles, subtitles and task lists to personalise a sheet.

What you may not do

• Sell, licence or bundle the generated PDFs as a paid product.
• Republish the files as downloads on another website or marketplace.
• Copy, scrape or reimplement the generators themselves.
• Present the calendars as your own original work.

Accuracy and warranty

Dates and holidays are calculated carefully and reviewed, and the process is described in the editorial policy. Even so, the calendars are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Verify critical dates — legal deadlines, payroll, statutory holidays for your specific region — against an official source before relying on a printed sheet.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tim's Printables is not liable for any loss arising from the use of these calendars, including missed appointments, printing costs or scheduling errors.
