What is most useful to include

• Wrong dates: the country, the year and the holiday. Statutory rules change and observed dates shift; a specific example is fixed within days.
• Printing problems: the paper size you chose, your printer model, and whether you printed the PDF or used the print button. Include the scale setting from the print dialog if you can — “Fit to page” is behind most reported clipping.
• Missing calendar types: describe how you would use it. Requests that arrive more than a couple of times get built.
• Classroom or bulk use: no permission is needed, but say hello anyway — it is genuinely useful to know how the tools get used.

Before you write

Two things solve most messages. If a calendar prints too small or with wide grey margins, set scaling to 100% or “Actual size” in the print dialog instead of “Fit to page”. If the paper size in the dialog does not match the sheet you generated, change the printer tray setting rather than rescaling the file. The printing guides cover both in detail.
