Free Calendar Generator collects as little as it possibly can. Calendars are drawn and exported inside your browser, so the content of your calendar never reaches a server.

Calendar content

Titles, subtitles, chore lists and every other option you set stay in your browser tab. The PDF is assembled locally and saved directly to your device. Nothing is uploaded, stored, logged or shared, and there is no account system, so there is no profile to delete.

Text you type into a calendar

Calendars on this site are click-to-type: you can write directly into a date square before printing. So that a half-finished calendar is still there when you come back, that text is saved in your browser's local storage, on your own device. It is never transmitted to this site, to Google, or to anyone else, and it is not readable by any other website. Clearing your browser's site data, or using the clear button above the preview, removes it permanently. Local storage is per browser and per device, so a calendar typed on a laptop will not appear on a phone.

Advertising

The site is funded by display advertising served through Google AdSense. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings, and review how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Visitors in regions covered by GDPR or the ePrivacy Directive are shown a consent request before personalised advertising cookies are set, and can withdraw or change that consent at any time from the same prompt. California residents may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information through the Google Ads Settings link above; this site itself does not sell, share or broker any visitor data, because it never collects any. Third-party advertising vendors are disclosed in the ads.txt file at the root of this domain.

Analytics and logs

Standard web server logs record the requested page, timestamp, referrer, approximate region and browser user agent. These are used to keep the site fast and to see which calendar types people need. They are not combined with advertising data by this site.

Children

Many of these calendars are used by teachers and parents with children. The site requests no personal information from anyone, including children, and no sign-up exists.
